We are now pleased to offer raw milk cheeses from our new processor at Oak Shade Farm in Nottingham, Pa.

We still offer the finest quality cheese that is BST and hormone free. The cheese is manufactured in its raw state and allowed to naturally age and pasturize over 60 days, giving you a healthier product. Our cheese is still packaged for your convenience in 8 oz. pieces.
